Fore-brain, back-brain thinking is MEDITATION



When we are unable to make a FIRM DECISION about some matter instead of worrying about it again and again, hand over the problem to the inner mind and we can attend to other duties.

The inner mind will analyse the problem and find out the correct answer and put it before fore-brain. This is what I mean by MEDITATION. 

To take a decision we have to concentrate all our attention on that particular thing without spending it on several things and KEEP IT CALM without any disturbance.

This is what mean by back brain thinking. This state is as the state of Meditation.

The worldly life our elders have taught us is the same as Meditation. Meditation is to concentrate all our thoughts on one thing.

This is the way that our Gnanis  and Siddhas have shown us. This thought works in several ways.

It is not only fore brain and back brain thinking but also physical eye and spiritual eye.
