Everyday we see news all over the world through T.V. We read newspapers.
We hear about the accidents, disasters, bad incidents terrorist activities, etc.
When we see them it hurts our
mind. We are scared and get the fearful feelings.
Due to this we inhale distress, hatred, irritation and awkward feelings of
various people, whether we
like them or not.
When somebody scold us, we used to say “Hei! wait and see, I will beat
you” if we are brave. But if we are weak minded, then we feel distressed and
unhappy.
At times, there is difference of opinion between husband and wife in the
family. Also, we feel bad if our children didn’t study well. We are unhappy
when there is no unity in our family.
For instant, somebody scolds someone with curse words. On seeing that we
are shocked. Our mind get agitated and body weakens.
Likewise from morning to night, we see, hear, feel and breathe different
types of feelings and thoughts.
But whether we like them or not, they are all getting mingled with us, even though
we meet them occasionally in our life.
Did we ever think of our such activities?
Do we realize this? Feel this?
Do we reconcile our regular activities?
Do we take any corrective measure to filter good from bad?
“What will happen to us when we breathe all those feelings?”
We never think about them.
That is the
truth.
Actually by evolution man has come from animal and got six senses. By properly using the sixth sense, Great
sages got enlightened and glow like star in the sky. They will be young always.
Their life is immortal. They are living happy for ever. So we should
also live like them and attain their destination.
